Whoever Told You That Sex Is A Sin Is A Lier

On a particular Sunday morning, sometime early this year. I visited a family and during the course of the preparation for mass one of them asked me in confidence "Dom...can someone who kissed someone recieve the communion" Imagine my numbness, for seconds I couldn't say anything because it was really tricky but yet I gavean answer. Do tell me what you think in the comment section before I tell you what I said. Pardon my bluntness.

You see, sex is never bad. Not at all. From attraction to action, sexual behaviour takes many forms. At least for humans, this most basic of activities is anything but basic. Human interest in sex is not a matter left to chance but more a built-in-imperative; survival of the species depends on it.

The moral and political implications of sex vary greatly from culture to culture, and eve writhing cultures and over time; still, there is agreement on one certainty : it's why we 're alive to say and what future generations depend on. "Also, if two lie down together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?" Those ain't my words but that of Ecclesiastics 4:12.

Don't get me wrong, sex isn't evil at all, let's not sound too "fanatically". It's divine desire for us to have great sex, hence whoever told you that sex is a sin is a Lier. But, there is a clause. The preceeding verse of Ecclesiastics chapter 4 made it clear "for if one falls down, his companion can lift him up..." Notice it said "his companion " invariably a spouse and not a boyfriend. We are all too eager to experiment with sex forgetting that its instituted just for the married. A book I once read asserts that when one has sex with another demons from this person are transfered to you even though I prefer calling the spirits. Sex isn't a sin at all but premarital sex is. The next time you wanna have sex ask yourself if you are ready for the implications that follow suit.

Well, I've been patiently waiting for someone to finally ask that. You see, the person in question in my story was wrong to have kissed and wasn't suitable for confession but yet he recognized the fact that he was wrong. This is the tactics that the devil uses. We sin and he plays it for us, you did this today you did this yesterday. And if we ain't careful we fall for it thinking it's God speaking. My friend qualifies for the receipient of the communion only if he confesses his son to God himself during the Holy Mass. He's the eternal high priest and is ever ready to listen. But there's a clause, there should be another confession to a priest inorder to receive penance for the said offence. I hope you understand this clearly.

Thanks for the time you took in reading

  4. A companion is a companion whether boyfriend or husband. Why did you interpret companion as husband?
To suit your own morals and please the Bible.
